Title: Customer Service/Order Entry Representative
Term: 12 Months Contract
Location: New Berlin, WI
Long term contract opportunity in New Berlin, WI for a Customer Service/Order Entry Representative. 
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-volume data entry along with providing direct customer facing support.
  • Review, prepare and process sales orders and work with the cross functional teams (operations, supply chain, engineering) in order to communicate recovery schedules as well as other daily issues/tasks related to customer requests.
  • Responsibilities such as part number and pricing and lead time validation, MRP review, contract review and customer portal acknowledgement.
  • HS diploma/GED required.
  • 1-2 years of data entry/compiling, ERP understanding/knowledge/customer facing support experience.
  • Strong and professional communication skills both verbally and via email.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Previous data entry experience.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • SAP ERP System experience a plus.
  • Contract review experience a plus.
