The customer marketing team is responsible for sourcing and enabling customers to share their inspiring stories that highlight the positive impact our company has made on their business and their working lives.

The customer marketing operations specialist is a core part of the customer marketing team and will help create processes and reporting to enable the team to showcase the best customer stories as part of every marketing activity, in line with business priorities and goals.
 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Support migration to Customer Advocacy Centre (single source of truth of customer marketing engagements, pipeline etc)
  • Auditing our customer marketing inventory, identifying key gaps and needs, opportunities for story refresh and retirement.
  • Create and maintain customer marketing reporting (performance of assets, opportunities for improvement, impact on business)
  • Maintain list of approved customer logos and ensure these are up to date in all public facing locations (e.g. website, sales enablement resources etc)
  • Liaising with our central marketing campaigns team to ensure CM assets are leveraged for integrated campaigns
  • Managing our customer gifting and appreciation program
