Position: CPE Repair Technician
Location: Tulsa, OK 74103
Term: 12 months
 
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:  
  • Segregating inventory from kept inventory to excess inventory for CPE customer returns from disconnected, canceled, or upgraded services.
  • Systematically receipting reclaimed inventory in SAP.
  • Wiping customer configurations off routers, firewalls, probes, and wireless devices, restoring to factory defaults, and disconnecting sim cards.
  • Labeling receipted material putting away receipted devices, etc.
  • Loads and unloads materials in the warehouse and performs a variety of other warehouse tasks.
  • Reads work orders, and shipping orders, or follows verbal instructions.
  • Loads and unloads materials into or from vehicles and installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit, using hand tools.
  • Work backlogged reclamation consists of the following:
  • Works on relatively straightforward installation and/or maintenance assignments on network switching equipment.
  • Monitors network operations and resolves routine network monitoring problems.
  • Monitors network performance.
  • Conducts routine monitoring of equipment installation and maintenance activities.
  • Resolves routine trouble tickets.
  • Vendor Management.
  • Part Replacement Requests
  • Field Dispatch requests.
  • Communicates and advises External and Internal VIA phone and email.
  • Ticket Management.
  • Outlook Management.

Is this a good fit? (Requirements):  
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience.
