Position: CPE Repair Technician
Location: Tulsa, OK 74103
Term: 12 months
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Segregating inventory from kept inventory to excess inventory for CPE customer returns from disconnected, canceled, or upgraded services.

Systematically receipting reclaimed inventory in SAP.
-
Wiping customer configurations off routers, firewalls, probes, and wireless devices, restoring to factory defaults, and disconnecting sim cards.
-
Labeling receipted material putting away receipted devices, etc.
-
Loads and unloads materials in the warehouse and performs a variety of other warehouse tasks.

Reads work orders, and shipping orders, or follows verbal instructions.
-
Loads and unloads materials into or from vehicles and installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit, using hand tools.

Work backlogged reclamation consists of the following:

Works on relatively straightforward installation and/or maintenance assignments on network switching equipment.

Monitors network operations and resolves routine network monitoring problems.

Monitors network performance.
-
Conducts routine monitoring of equipment installation and maintenance activities.
-
Resolves routine trouble tickets.
-
Vendor Management.
-
Part Replacement Requests
-
Field Dispatch requests.
-
Communicates and advises External and Internal VIA phone and email.
-
Ticket Management.
-
Outlook Management.
