Position: CPE Repair Tech
Location: Tulsa, OK 74103
Term: 9 months
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Configuring Routers and wireless devices.

Special Security Clearance.
-
Reclaiming and Wiping Devices, systematically and physically.

Works on relatively straightforward installation and/or maintenance assignments on network switching equipment.

Monitors network operations and resolves routine network monitoring problems.

Monitors network performance.
-
Conducts routine monitoring equipment installation and maintenance activities.
-
Resolves routine trouble tickets.
-
Vendor Management tasks.
-
Part Replacement Requests.
-
Field Dispatch requests.
-
Communicates and advises External and Internal VIA phone and email.
-
Ticket Management tasks.
-
Outlook Management tasks.
