Job Title: Corporate Recruiter
Job Description: As a member of our team, you will enjoy the constant motion of day to day recruiting activities in this fast-paced talent acquisition function. Recruiters manage the full life cycle of the requisition including partnering with our hiring managers and guiding the process from open to close. Someone who loves to consistently move things forward, actively participates on teams, and can adapt to a rapidly changing environment will thrive in this role and on our team.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to collect relevant position information and prepare/edit job descriptions
- Identify and execute suitable recruiting strategies for a diverse range of professional level roles
- Utilize various interview techniques (resume screens, telephone and behavioral interviews, etc.)
- Manage the interview process by scheduling and communicating with candidates and hiring managers
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer stage
- Maintain and nurture pipeline for key corporate positions; develop pipeline of candidates and grow the candidate database
- Actively participate in team meetings, share ideas and concepts, mentor others
- Maintain record of recruiting activities and proactively communicate regularly with hiring managers regarding search activity
- Gather and analyze timely candidate and interviewer feedback
- Create, track, and finalize appropriate paperwork, including requisitions, offer and decline letters, etc.
- Monitor quality of hire, time-to-fill and other metrics, as required
- Develop and maintain relationships with various career service organizations/partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; 4 years related experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience recruiting all organization levels and positions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in both agency and corporate recruiting highly preferred
- Excellent project management skills and able to meet deadlines in a timely manner
- System savvy—Taleo or other ATS expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on negotiation and diplomacy
- Excellent customer service
- Highly experienced and successful in managing or negotiating the candidate closure process
- Strong knowledge of interviewing principles and employment law
- A leader in utilizing behavioral interviewing techniques
- Advanced experience with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter and other search strategies
- Demonstrated organizational skills; able to prioritize and manage time effectively with no supervision
- Able to successfully interact with all levels of an organization while building rapport and trust
- Professional demeanor, dependable, and able to maintain confidential information
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Leader in driving change
- Flexible to work extended hours as needed
