Position: Commercial Title Clerk
Location: Newport Beach, CA 92660
Term: 12 months
 
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Research and retrieve information within the public records index to fulfill internal and external requests.
  • Daily travel to/from office and county locations.
  • Logs, tracks, and analyzes work following existing guidelines/instructions.
  • Keep manager apprised of any quality or trending service issues.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and customers and establish positive working relationships.
  • Must have own reliable transportation and driving record must be in good standing and eligible for mileage reimbursement for travel to/from office to Government Center.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
 
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical, research, and quality control skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years in an office environment
  • Knowledge of public records.
  • Computer savvy with proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, and screen capture software such as Snagit.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize to meet deadlines.
  • Skillfully self-manage projects and work independently.
  • Diplomatically interact with county government office heads/staff to clarify records or information.
  • Professional behavior and representation of our company at all times.
  • Able to lift to 30 lbs.
