Role: Senior Business Systems Analyst II - IT
Location: Chandler, AZ  
Salary: $104,000 (DOE) + quarterly bonuses

•    Gather and analyze user business requirements and translate into IS solutions 
•    Assess impacts of mergers and acquisitions and support integration plans 
•    Work with development team on issues related to coding to functional specifications
•    Perform quality assurance testing on developed solutions
•    Integration test new or modified modules to ensure that expectations of design are met and that such changes do not affect existing functionality
•    Assist users in testing and resolving issues
•    Migrate changes to production
•    Monitor changes in production and resolve issues
•    Adhere to IS change control procedures 
•    Adhere to Business System team’s internal procedures and documentation standards
•    Monitor production systems to ensure system reliability and robustness
•    Troubleshoot production issues – both functional and technical
•    Maintain Specifications for system functionality documentation

•    8-12 years’ experience with PLM software delivering full life cycle implementations
•    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration is required
•    Experience with creating structured SQL queries for reporting and isolating data issues.
•    Demonstrated effective interpersonal, teamwork, networking skills, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross functional team members as well as management
•    Must be able to work long hours and varied shifts during critical portions of software development projects
•    Domestic and international travel may occasionally be required
