Our client a leading software company headquartered in Raleigh, NC is in search of a Finance or Accounting Systems Analyst with experience providing operational support for their Oracle Hyperion Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM) and Financial Close Management (FCM) systems.  If this sounds like you, please apply.

Location- 100% remote, but must live on the east coast.

Job Description

• Administer Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM) activities - profiles, profile segments, reconciliations and assignments

• Administer Financial Close Management (FCM) activities - templates, schedules and tasks

• Execute data loads and metadata administration

• Demonstrate a solid understanding of ARM and FCM

• Support internal customers by administering training, resolving incident and service request tickets

• Participate in change management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis

• Support monthly and quarterly financial close activities

• Provide guidance to other business analysts and IT on best practices aligned with system development standards and processes

• Maintain other functional admin and user documentation


Job Skills

• 1 – 3 years of relevant experience with Hyperion ARM FCM or Oracle EBS

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, accounting, or finance

• Ability to manage multiple priorities under given time constraints and deadlines

• Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve support issues; including sound judgment and decision making regarding the viability of solutions

• Business acumen; experience with the monthly accounting cycle and financial close

• Stakeholder customer management skills, both internally and externally

• Demonstrated experience working as part of a cross-functional team

• Ability to work in a geographically distributed team

• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills

• Experience creating functional and technical documentation (e.g. Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)

• Strong understanding of Google docs, sheets, slides
