Do you have experience working with business managers and executives and leading the development of BI solutions for the business? Have experience with BI technologies such as Tableau and SQL and can build out a Proof of Concept (POC) for a business leader to confirm their desired solution?
We are looking for a BI Lead to manage the development of BI solutions for our enterprise. We are a mid-sized eCommerce company and looking for someone with 7-10 years+ of experience not only developing but also working with business leadership to understand requirements and making sure to deliver the right BI solutions. Experience developing analytics best practices, etc....an analytics center of excellence would be ideal.
This role will have a hands on component so you must have experience in developing dashboards and other data visualization results using Tableau. You must also be very proficient with SQL ideally with SQL Server or other similar RDBMS platforms.
This role is a 100% remote position and is a full time employee (we can't sponsor at this time so no H1B). This role will involve interaction with our business so you must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
To be qualified for this opportunity, you should have the following skills and experience:
(1) 8+ years of recent experience delivering enterprise BI solutions and working with business leaders and others in technology.
(2) Experience with Tableau. Solid experience creating dashboards and other data visualizations.
(3) Have a solid data background and be familiar with SQL Server and SQL and other standard database technologies
(4) Proven experience delivering Business Intelligence solutions.
(5) Strong understanding of MS Analysis Services tech (SQL/MDX, SSIS, SSMS)
(6) Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
