Long term contract in Saline, MI for a Bilingual HR Administrator Support to provide a wide range of business and living support so that expatriates and business travelers from Japan can integrate into the area to concentrate on their work.
Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting Japan staff coming from Japan, especially in Research and development.

Responsible for getting questions and answers for Japan staff based on company policy.

Provide administrative support and communication for Japan Staff.

Provide administrative work for Japan Assignment Support Group.
Qualifications:

Bilingual in Japanese and English. Must have strong written and verbal fluency in English and Japanese.

Must have good knowledge/experience in Microsoft Office experience.

Must have communication skill.

Prefer experience as an Administrative Assistant.

Prefer Japanese expatriate support experience.

Prefer HR experience.
