Grow your career with an innovative global bank working in Miami, FL as a Contract Specialist proficient in English and Spanish. 6+ month contract opportunity (with strong chance for extension). Will be required to work onsite 2-3 days per week.

Work with different stakeholders (Legal, Product, Compliance, etc.) to handle a wide variety of matters including general corporate and contracts matters.

Administer, negotiate, as well as track and maintain all Client Negotiated contracts.

Responsible for maintaining the entire contract process, partnering with internal departments.

Take a primary role in the negotiation of certain contracts and consolidate information relating to those contracts.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree. Prefer Paralegal certificates.

8+ years of previous experience as a Paralegal/Contract Administrator in a legal setting.

Full professional proficiency, both oral and written, in English and Spanish.

Experience with and ability to negotiate bespoke documentation directly with clients, via extensive contact with clients and their lawyers (including occasional conference calls and meetings).

Prefer knowledge of contract management software tools.

Prefer experience in financial services industry.

Proficient in the use of word processing and other data processing programs, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
