Grow your career as an Angular Developer with an innovative global bank in Jersey City, NJ. Long-term contract with excellent growth potential. Will be required to be onsite 2-3 days per week. Will work with the team to build and maintain Great User Interfaces for the applications. Will also be leading any UI engineering initiatives and mentoring front-end developers within and across teams.
  • Architect and develop web-portal including browsable data catalog and user onboarding.
  • Provide leadership in research, design, and implement improvements to existing and new application.
  • Build for highly reliable, scalable, and maintainable web applications.
  • Work closely with our stakeholders in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Follow solid Agile software development practices.
  • 8+ years of UI development using Angular.
  • Must be strong in Angular - the team is currently using Angular 8.
  • Strong hands-on experience of implementing web application using Angular (8 or above), JavaScript, Bootstrap, HTML5, JSON, CSS, Ajax, etc.
  • Strong hands-on experience on Jasmine & Karma.
  • Must have experience in SCMs like GIT and tools like JIRA.
  • Agile/Scrum methodology experience is required.
  • Must have extensive experience in designing and developing web portals and large-scale intranet/internet applications.
  • Must have some level of experience working with UX Designers.
  • Strong systems analysis, design and architecture fundamentals, Unit Testing and other SDLC activities.
  • Able to contribute in high- and low-level system design (sequence diagram, class diagrams).
  • Prefer any experience with Java API's.
  • Prefer experience with Team City & uDeploy/Jenkins.
  • Prefer experience with Cypress.
