Terrific 3+ months contract opportunity in New York, New York for an Administrative Support Analyst.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate meetings with key parties both internal and external.
  • Assist the team to coordinate both audit and regulatory interaction including but not limited to tracking and following up on deliverables.
  • Assist the ORM Audit and Regulatory Interaction team with all administrative functions.
  • Assist in the preparation and scheduling of regulatory, audit or prep meetings and associated material:
    • Assist to maintain meeting calendar and scheduling for quarterly regulatory meetings, Adhoc or audit requests as well.
    • Assist to maintain the coordination of materials both in advance of the meeting and final material.
    • Confirm participants are included and available for the meeting.
    • Perform basic quality control check of materials.
    • Confirm material were distributed timely and are properly stored.
  • Assist to monitor and track for timely submission of audit and regulatory exam requests, meeting follow-ups and/or additional Adhoc requests:
    • Assist to maintain tracking logs for internal audits are updated and current.
    • Assist to maintain regulatory exam requests, meeting follow ups or other requests are tracked, updated and current.
    • Assist in the submission of regulatory ongoing supervision deliverables timely.
    • Perform basic quality control checks of deliverables.
    • Confirm material were distributed timely and are properly stored.
    • Support ORM Audit and Regulatory Interaction Team for any additional unplanned requests.
 
Qualifications:
  • Strong administration experience preferably within a large and complex financial services or similar organization.
  • Regulatory and/or Audit interaction experience or good knowledge.
  • Operational Risk management/similar experience or good knowledge.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, MS-Word, MS-Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized, self-motivated and detail oriented.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, strong diplomacy skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask in a faced paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills are a plus.
