Position: Administration Specialist (Data Processor)
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite)
Term: 12 months
 
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include derivatives securities trades and cash settlement.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Review, track and monitor reports.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Follow up on high-level customer requests or concerns.
  • Provide back-up for all department functions.
  • Lead and/or participate in production improvement efforts.
  • Address procedural impacts.
  • May provide training, coaching, and feedback to new and existing team members.
  • Lead small to medium-sized projects or parts of larger projects.
 
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • Must have accounting basics and strong accounting research skill.
  • Must be proficient with MS applications, in particular Access and Excel.
  • Accounting system
  • Must have analytical, problem solving and communications skills.
