Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL, 33410
Hourly Rate: $ 16.26/hr.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

*HM will allow submission above the bill rate on the req but DO NOT exceed $28.50 bill rate
*ASAP request
*Onsite (will not go hybrid or remote)
*An associate degree is required. However, the HM will consider candidates with no degree but with relevant work
history in the accounting field.
*Candidates must have good work history


Associates degree in an accounting or finance related field.
Minimum 2-4 years accounting experience in a corporate environment.
Strong attention to detail is a must.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to function as a team player.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Experience in the banking, title insurance or real estate industry is a plus.


Accounting Clerk Level II - Performs basic accounting functions which require knowledge of accounts payable and receivable and of reconciliation functions.  Answers customer inquires.  Research problems and or complaints.  Creates and edits spreadsheets. Understanding of general accounting principles.  Knowledge of basic functions with spreadsheet software such as Lotus or Excel.  Good analytical skills. Proficient in mathematics.  Ability to follow procedures and keep records. Under direct supervision, performs entry-level bookkeeping and accounting tasks. Posts journal or voucher entries, reconciles accounts, and checks for accuracy. Verifies, sorts, posts, and checks claims, bills, invoices, and vouchers. Typically requires a high school education or equivalent with 4 - 6 years of experience in a related field.
