Q3 2020 IT Salary Snapshot

Earlier this year, we partnered with PayScale to release our biannual IT Salary Snapshots, capturing the typical total cash compensation for an individual’s job based on location, experience, education, certifications, and other factors. Since a lot has happened in the last few months, we reran the numbers in July to see how salaries have changed this summer. We also noted which salaries have seen at least a $5,000 increase since February 2020.

The data reflects the typical percentile range (25th, 50th, and 75th) for 25 of the most common IT positions, based on the statistical median of compensation packages for similar profiles in the individual local market.
