Enterprise Agile San Francisco Bay Area is honored to be part of the Agile20 Reflect Festival during February 2021 and excited to have Kevin Thompson to discuss a critical aspect of Agile Organization and Operations - Portfolio Management.
Portfolio Management is about making strategic investment decisions for organizations. Agile Portfolio Management is about making these decisions in a way that is swift, effective, and aligns well with Agile product-development techniques used at lower levels in the organization. This presentation will present basic concepts in Agile governance. It will introduce effective techniques for defining Portfolio business cases and evaluating their suitability for funding and execution.
