Enterprise Agile San Francisco Bay Meetup

  • Start Date: Thursday, July 23 2020
  • Start Time: 2:00 am PST
Location: Virtual

Come join us as our panel of Virtual Agile Planning experts will share their real-life experiences, tips, pointers, and answer questions. Our panel has experience executing and leading Big Room Planning, SAFe PI Planning, Agile Lean Portfolio (LPM) Planning, LeSS APO Pre-Sprint Planning, and Product Discovery / Innovation at scale. The panel will provide their experiences of overcoming challenges for remote or virtual large planning sessions.

Many organizations had to suddenly adopt remote Agile ways of working while some companies have been doing large scale remote planning as the norm. As we all know doing work virtually can be challenging. Performing large scale planning for a large endeavor with 50 to 100+ people is difficult when everyone is in the same room, much less when it is done 100% by using remote distributed team members. We will share our experience and discuss some adjustments, tips, and ideas that help to perform virtual large scale planning successfully.

This session will use Zoom and will be recorded and will be sent to participants. RSVP here and you will receive a link to join the meeting.
