After a small hiatus, we're looking forward to the summer and continuing the great discussions related to becoming more effective and responsive! Our May meetup will be led by MATRIX Agile Coaches Jeff Henley and Tony Shawver and will focus on the topic of moving towards a Product-focused approach and organizing around value.
Many of the organizations we work with want to move to a more Product/Value-centric model, but struggle with this. Most are in non-Software industries like Retail, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Banking, Insurance, etc. and don't always see clear paths to "Products". In this discussion, Jeff and Tony will take a very transparent, pragmatic walk through how they've helped those organizations move down the path of becoming more product-centric and aligning their efforts more closely with their Customers' journeys.
