Bill DeLeo is a senior facilitator and consultant for Ouellette & Associates (O&A). His professional development and organizational consulting activities are with O&A’s Fortune 1,000 client companies from various industries.
Bill also works as an independent IT Management Consultant. In this role, Bill works with CIO’s, IT senior executives, IT managers and IT professionals on improving the overall effectiveness of IT organizations.
Prior to this, Bill was a member of the IT Executive Leadership Team at First Citizens Bank. He was the Senior Vice President, Enterprise Data and IT Business Management where he was responsible for the Corporate Data Warehouse, Data Marts, Business Intelligence Tools, managing the IT Budget (over $110 MM), and IT Training/Organizational Change Management.
Before joining First Citizens, Bill was Director of Release Engineering at the SAS Institute. He was responsible for the process, technical, and data architectures for the software building, packaging, deployment, and shipping of all SAS products to more than 50,000 customer sites globally.
Bill spent sixteen years in the Technology and Operations Division of Freddie Mac, where he served as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, Vice President of Customer Technology Services, and Vice President of Capital Markets Business Information Services. He has also held leadership positions in Freddie Mac’s Enterprise Network Services, Customer Implementation Services, and Technology Strategy organizations.
Mr. DeLeo holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Hofstra University and a Masters of Education from the Johns Hopkins University. He has served as an adjunct professor of management and MIS programs at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, and as a speaker at the University of Virginia and Mary Mount College.
