Steph Traxler (MATRIX) and Erin Blair (Toyota) are hosting a meetup to share real-life Agile Transformation examples and how to make them work and avoid common pitfalls. This topic is specifically for Women in Leadership to help guide them through a successful transformation.

Erin Blair is an Agile Coach and Change Agent in the Dallas area. She has worked with multiple fortune 100 companies to help transform their organizations to Agile so they can continue to compete in an ever-changing market.

Erin believes we have over-complicated most things in our lives, particularly the way we work. She strives for simple solutions which are practical, easy to implement, and improve the daily lives of teams and organizations. She is currently undertaking her most challenging project to date - convincing her two boys they have more than enough toys and it’s time to de clutter!

Originally started in San Francisco over 3 years ago, The Gateway to Agile Meetup is a community of dedicated and experienced business and technical leaders who collaborate to learn and share knowledge about Business Agility including DevOps, Design Thinking and agile transformation/adoption.
