DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, THE APRIL MEETING WILL NOT BE AN ONSITE EVENT. RSVP at this link to receive the most up-to-date details as we plan to turn this into a virtual event.
This month we wrap up our three-part series called, Agile Leadership Series: It begins with you.
Everyone has the ability to lead right from where they are in their current role. For the last event in our series, we're going to take a look at Executives. Too often we only think of leaders by a specific title (CIO, VP, Director, Sr. Managers, etc.) in a company. A leader isn't a job title, but rather, it is a series of traits you exhibit through your character and actions. With this in mind, executives have an amazing opportunity to lead large divisions or the entire organization as a whole.
We will discuss some practical ways you can start to personally demonstrate true leadership in your organization, influence other executives and influencers, and lead the transformative change needed within your organization and culture.
Bring your questions, experiences, and an open mind so we can learn and discuss together! I encourage you to RSVP early, as seating is limited.
