Adopting Agile Across the Entire Business (Not Just IT)
“You can’t be Agile and traditional…there’s no cherry picking when it comes to enterprise agility.” –Peter Jacobs, CIO Netherlands ING.
Many enterprises are failing to see real benefits after implementing agility within technology groups – or they’re never reaching true agility in the first place. This is because agility is really an enterprise endeavor, not a technology action plan. Businesses must look at how to make the entire system run with more agility. If we only look at software development or technology and we aren’t willing to change how work gets into or out of that system, it becomes a constraint to delivering value to the customer.
This seminar will focus on why all departments across the business would benefit from adopting a lean-agile mindset, and where and how this adoption should start.
This session is relevant for any Managers, Directors, and Leaders across all areas of the business looking to increase their overall agility and ability to adapt, respond, and deliver value to customers.
