  • Implementing Workforce software (time & attendance)
  • Technical (75%) / Functional (25%) with WorkForce (WFS) Software

  • Experience working within Time & Labor / Attendance field
  • Must be level 2 certified within WorkForce software (WFS) framework - must be able to do hands on coding
  • Internationally based Implementation experience is a PLUS

Title: Workforce Software Developer:
* Provide Workforce Software (WFS) Time and Labor functional consulting services by acting as a subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire cloud application service implementation lifecycle for WFS Time and Labor projects.
* Work with companies remotely to deploy WFS.
* Guide customers through WFS delivered functionality, advise customers on best practices, map business processes to delivered functionality, document customer requirements, configure application functionality, and assist with testing.
* Work with peers to continuously improve delivery model in an effort to provide the most value to customers while increasing project delivery efficiency.
* Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables.
* Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions.
* Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.
* Develop end-user documentation and training materials.
* Deliver end-user training.
* Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis.
* Work with and mentor junior-level associates to ensure their professional growth and ability to contribute to company growth.

Required Skills
* Bachelor's degree.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a Functional Lead role;
* Knowledge of Time and Labor processes.
* Knowledge of WFS (Workforce Software) database and policy editor.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated with an ability to plan work effort and manage priorities.
* Ability to work effectively in a remote model with clients and peers.
* Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

*The following would be considered a plus:
o Experience with additional modules (i.e., Payroll, HR Core, Benefits, Absence, etc.).
o WFS certification
o Previous Implementation Lead experience.
