Long term contract in Plano, TX for a Configuration & Integration Consultant within Dimensions and Workforce Central.  The primary responsibility for this role is to perform configuration, re-configurations, upgrades, enhancements, implementation, maintenance, and user acceptance testing activities. Will be asked to come onsite at least once in a quarter or when the business requires them.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform configuration, re-configurations, upgrades, enhancements, implementation, maintenance, and user acceptance testing activities within Workforce Central and Dimensions
  • Perform integration development and maintenance activities for Payroll.
  • Gather integration requirements for integrations with upstream and downstream systems.
  • Manage downstream system scheduling (development, testing, deployment)
  • Support test approach by conducting all required integration and system testing.
  • Definition of test requirements, scenarios, cases, and scripts to support phased implementation.
  • Develop and maintain diagram of all Integrations between T&L and Payroll and other applications.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation on each integration.
  • Operational support on existing integrations, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in configuration in Workforce Dimensions.
  • Experience in BOOMI Integration tool in Workforce Dimensions.
  • Experience in large corporations managing integrations for Payroll & T&L.
  • Payroll & HRIS systems experience including UKG/Workforce Central and Dimensions & Workday.
  • Project management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting multiple customer groups and prioritizing activities.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
  • Prefer manufacturing or automotive experience.
  • Prefer experience on cross-functional project teams with a focus on end user requirements for system design and implementation.
  • Effective communication (written and oral).
  • Ability to facilitate discussions between technical and business resources and overcome organizational resistance to change.
