- Plan, develop, organize, write and edit end user training materials.
- Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style and content
- Maintain a comprehensive library of and training terminology and documentation
- Work with technical and functional staff to develop operational procedures and training materials
- Collect data by interviewing technical specialists, researching written material, attending product training and demonstrations to capture and produce product documentation
- Plan, develop and execute training sessions for stakeholder groups associated with the project.
- Develop training plan, training materials and conduct training for the identified user groups.
- Critical communication and listening skills leveraged to gather detailed requirements for construction of documentation.
