Do you have Customer Software Support experience doing business to business software support and speaking to clients and helping them with any issues they are having with the software product? 

We are currently looking for a high-energy, ambitious Support/Training Engineer with knowledge of technology, and solid customer support and software training experience.   The right individual must be highly motivated, possess outstanding communication skills, have demonstrated knowledge of business to business product support and be willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and intellectually challenging environment.   

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

(1) Providing online training sessions to existing customers to assist in on-going operations or as part of system implementation
(2) Answering customer questions, as they arise, through telephone calls and emails
(3) Providing demonstrations (demos), using Teams (or other virtual communication tool) to prospective customers
(4) Helping to answer Sales department questions, as they arise
(5) Working with Sales and Marketing departments for initiatives such as webinars, one-off demos, and email blasts
(6) Identifying product enhancements for Development department based on use of the products, based on customer feedback, and based on demo execution
(7) Developing product training materials and work with QA group to review all product documentation •
(8) Working with our QA group to assist in testing of upgrades and patches (9) Use CRM (Salesforce) to create, track, and close cases with customers • 

What skills and experience do you need?

  • 1-3 years in either Product Support, Product Training (software), Engineering Support, or Sales Support for a technology firm.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technology related major or equivalent work experience
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • An ability to translate technical software features into customer specific benefits and able to communication software issues and enhancements to other teams
