We are growing our PMO and looking for an experienced IT Senior Project Manager ideally with strong packaged software implementation experience. We are growing and have implemented several packaged software applications such as ServiceNow and Salesforce (we also use Workday) and we need an IT Project Manager who can drive modifications and integrations within our global organization. A Senior Project Manager that is type of person that does more than report status on a project and takes notes...we want a Sr. PM that can roll up their sleeves and move a project forward to successful completion. We need someone that will develop strong relationships and collaborate with those in our business as well as those within IT. We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager that has worked in a PMO before and understands the need for consistency in process and documentation when running a project.
To summarize, here is what is needed to be qualified for this PM role:
- 10+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager. Have worked in a PMO and understand consistent structure and process in managing projects within a PMO
- Have PM experience ideally leading large software package implementations
- Personality and mindset is important. We want a PM that can moves projects FORWARD...not just a note taker. Someone that will roll up their sleeves and get things done.
- PMP certified is a plus.
We do have physical offices in Tampa, New York and Morristown, NJ so we need a Senior PM that is located near one of these areas. This role is hybrid so there will be some in the office work.
