Our client is looking for a Senior Product Manager for a 6-month contract in Irving, TX. Will be working on a 3 to 4 days onsite per week. Will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the product strategy for our enterprise promotion software platform. Will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, merchandising, and marketing, to bring our product vision to life, ensuring it meets the needs of our enterprise customers and drives business growth.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree major in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in B2B Software or Enterprise Solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Promotion, Marketing, and Customer Engagement.
  • Experience with Agile Development Methodologies.
  • Strong Project Management skills.
  • Familiarity with Data Analytics and Customer Research Tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Product Strategy:
    • Develop and own the product strategy, including market analysis, competitive assessment, and roadmap planning.
  • User Insights:
    • Conduct market research, gather customer feedback.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs to drive product improvements and innovation.
  • Roadmap Development:
    • Create and prioritize a clear product roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables and long-term vision, while aligning with business goals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to define product requirements, set priorities.
    • Ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap.
  • Product Lifecycle Management:
    • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancements, while ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • User Experience (UX):
    • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences that meet customer expectations.
  • Market Positioning:
    • Define the product's unique value proposition and positioning in the market, ensuring alignment with our target user’s needs.
  • Performance Tracking:
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize product features and functionalities.
  • Manage Product Deliverables:
    • Transform needs and requests into backlog items with well-defined acceptance criteria for the development team.
    • Prioritize backlog items/stories and define the sprint content as well as the release map (milestones plan).
  • Go-to-Market and Launch Strategy:
    • Develop go-to-market and launch plans.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches and customer adoption.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Keep all stakeholders informed about the product's progress, changes, and updates, ensuring alignment across the organization.
