Title: Senior Estimator
Location: Phoenix, AZ - Local Candidates | International Air Travel Required

OVERVIEW
The primary role for this position is to coordinate with other PTFI divisions and contractors to develop and maintain cost estimates for the PTFI Underground Expansion Projects within the Hard Dollar Cost Models.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Cost Engineers at PTFI, NOLA and with various consultants to ensure that all estimates are prepared using the standardized templates and methodologies; this includes QA/QC
- Work closely with Engineers/Designers to prepare cost estimates, as needed, using Hard Dollar
- Assist with quarterly forecast/cost reconciliation/reporting
- Travel to Indonesia to work closely with Cost Engineers, two (2) to three (3) times per year, to ensure that the standards are being followed and to train new personnel, as needed
- Coordinate and update all cost related resources within the centralized cost warehouse in Phoenix; this includes QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) of the data provided by others
- Train Cost Engineers on how to utilize Hard Dollar to generate estimates following the standards that are currently in place
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a Business related field and eight (8) years of Cost Estimation experience or equivalent work experience, OR
- High School diploma or equivalent and twelve (12) years of Cost Estimation or equivalent work experience
- Must be an expert user of Hard Dollar
- Must be an MS Excel super user
- General experience with Primavera Scheduling software
- Have the ability to travel to Indonesia two (2) to three (3) times per year
- Possess excellent organizational skills
- Possess good communication skills and the ability to train others
