Position: Security Operations Specialist
Location: Minneapolis, MN 55402
Term: 12 months

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Performs a variety of operational tasks for moderately complex securities or cash related transactions or processes that require general knowledge of unit functions and systems.
  • Review, track and monitor reports.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Follow up on high-level customer requests or concerns.
  • Provide back-up for all department functions.
  • Duties may include:
    • Differentiating.
    • Processing and reconciling transactions.
    • Researching inquires.
    • Resolving customer complaints.
    • Reviewing time sensitive and/or less complex to moderately complex documents.
    • Revising departmental procedures.
    • Coordinates situations that involve other departments.
    • Moderate customer contact.
    • Works under moderate to minimal supervision.
    • Day to day processing.
    • Risk management and compliance.
    • Maintenance and set up.

Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Operations, Financial Services or Business Processing.
  • Knowledge on Investment background.
  • Knowledge on CUSIP.
  • Knowledge on Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds.
  • Knowledge on applications Trust 3000 (SEI), CSS, DTC, CSS/CSM.
  • Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong customer/client service skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
