Are you an expert at SAP Techno/Functional Master Data Governance Implementations? Have you successfully completed at least 2 full implementations with MDG on the supplier side? Do you work with S4 / Hana and Ariba SLP? This position is for you!!!

•   Should be able to provide a full 40 hours per week
•   Want someone in Jersey City or open remote candidates as long as person is committed to full time work and not doing another position simultaneously
•   Working on multi-year implementation for MDG (have implemented in US and in process of UK implementation
•   Will provide support to agencies and vendors as well as UK
•   Work closely with offshore / onshore teams (Technical teams in Hong Kong, Omaha, UK and Jersey City) as well as other teams they will interface with
•   Should have at least 2 full implementations with MDG on supplier side
•   Should have MDG Supplier with S4 / Hana and Ariba SLP
•   Must be Functional and Technical - 50/50 - must be able to do development and translate and put together functional requirements
•   Need to understand Master Data Governance
•   Personality: Team Player - open to ideas and flexible mindset, work well with team, collaboration
•   Technical/functional MDG implementer to join an existing and very talented SAP team, for a multi-year global implementation of MDG-S S4/Hana with Ariba SLP and two SAP ERPs/ECC
•   Your primary role will be to design, implement and deploy MDG solutions starting with the MDG supplier implementation (followed by material and customer)
•   You will work closely with an existing global shared development and configuration team addressing business requirements within tight timelines and budgets whilst following best practices.
•   You will be working side by side with the Global SAP MDM & Governance Manager on all MDG aspects, (such as: addressing new requirements, MDG configuration, guiding internal development team, dealing with challenging production issues, addressing data quality needs, dealing with the overall system design and architecture, implementing best practices)
•   You will be offered opportunities to create brand new or update existing solutions making them more efficient whilst using expert know-how knowledge of MDG
•   Relevant training can be offered

FUNCTIONS

•   Design, implementation and deployment of MDG solutions (starting with Supplier and moving to material and customer)
•   Functional specification write-up for shared development/configuration team
•   Oversight of MDG development process end to end, following established change control process (opportunities to enhance, standardize and improve system and processes)
•   Implement & unit test MDG configuration
•   Unit test MDG development
•   Augment & collaborate across all manager’s functions (Overall system design, Configuration, Governance, best practices, data quality etc)
•   Follow agile methodology practices
•   Have a big appetite for learning and ‘doing the right thing

Required Skills

•   SAP MDG Supplier S/4Hana (must have) - 5 yrs
•   SAP ERP Supplier data model and functional knowledge - 5 yrs
•   MDG-S Data model enhancements and extensions
•   MDC Configuration
•   SAP MDG DRF and BRF experience (adequate to provide guidance to developers)
•   Experience with MDG implemented alongside Ariba SLP (inc. CIG)
•   Experienced team member in development of SAP based systems
•   Experience working in a large cross functional global team consisting of (Snr developers, functional leads, external consultants and Snr end/business users)
•   Experience working in a fast-paced environment and following Agile methodologies

Pluses

•   Experience in SAP MDG Customer, Material (nice to have)
•   Experience with SAP MDG custom data object will be an added bonus
•   Bachelor's degree or master's degree preferred
