Position: Sales/Alliance Leader (Remote)
Location: Raleigh, NC 27601 - Remote
Term: 12 months
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Work within the broader Alliance Team to collaborate on new programs and activities that will drive net new revenue to the company.

Broker relationships between IBM and RH sales and support organizations, introduce teams, help define use cases and priorities for our mutual clients.

Help teams define and enforce the Rules of Engagement.

Encourage and oversee the interlock of IBM and the client in key Sales Opportunities within the IBM National Market segment.

Be the sales leader who enables regional achievement of the assigned sales quota in the Region.

Lead the larger opportunities, and enable other teams to sell the differentiated value of OpenShift and Ansible Automation in Hybrid Cloud environments,
-
Apply a clear selling methodology and engagement approach which is respected by all sellers involved.

Accurately forecast and close sales in alignment with IBM and the company goals.

Be seen as a leader in terms of addressing any issues in terms of achieving exceptionally rapid growth.

Achieve quota with correct pipeline build and achievement of all key management objectives.
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):

Bachelor’s degree.
-
5 to 10 years of Sales and/or Alliance experience with a demonstrated record of success.

Comprehensive understanding of Enterprise Kubernetes deployment, including the key workloads which drive adoption of that environment.

Comprehensive understanding of Automation capabilities and functions in the Hybrid Cloud space.

Evidence of successfully leading geographically and organizationally distributed sales teams, applying an agreed selling methodology across the teams.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on bringing teams together.

Ability to manage multiple activities in a fast-moving environment.

Excellent communication skills.
