Title: QA Mobile Automation Engineer
Location: San Francisco, CA
Type: Contract

Responsibilities:
  • Work with mobile automation teams to understand existing framework
  • Reconfigure framework for cloud-based execution
  • Create container template for cloud-based mobile emulator
  • Create job execution template 

Minimum Technical Requirements:
  • 8+ years testing experience
  • 6+ years writing Test Automation
  • 4+ years writing mobile test automation (Appium)
  • Extensive knowledge of deploying and running cloud based automation frameworks
  • Familiarity with Docker, Openshift, and other distributed deployment services
  • Thorough knowledge of mobile automation on emulators/simulators
  • Experience working with Sauce Labs, Perfecto Mobile, or other services
  • Understanding of shared code repositories: Git, Github, Gitlab 
  • Demonstrable knowledge of scripting languages: Java, Python
  • Advanced knowledge of one or more automation tools – Selenium, Jmeter, etc.
  • Framework design experience for API/Web
  • SQL literacy, with experience writing queries to validate data or use queries to drive automation
  • CI/CD experience with Jenkins, Team City, Circle CI, etc.
  • Fluency with Jira/Confluence 
  • Test plan design and creation – functional, performance, integration.

  • Willingness to do research to understand the requirements of a given feature and create a comprehensive test strategy
