Position: QA Automation Engineer
Location: Irving, TX
Term: 6 months

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Able to identify business risks & contribute to user story definition.
Work with our Engineering, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams.
Have the responsibility to keep our platform and services working at full steam.
Team player mentality, actively cooperating with both engineering and non-engineering colleagues.
QA Mindset: We build stuff together, then break it and love doing it.

Is this a good fit? (Requirements):

Degree in Computer Science or similar area of study.
Minimum 6 years of experience in QA automation.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Mongo DB, Node.JS and AWS (Lambda, Step functions and cloud watch).
Knowledge or experience with pipelines, Jenkins, and CI / CD processes.
Experience with TDD, BDD / Gherkin.
Experience in defining and reviewing Test Cases & Plans.
Creativity and thinking out-of-the-box as this project heart of store technology.
Experience in writing automation frameworks from scratch.
Experience and in-depth knowledge of one or more programming languages (ex: JavaScript, Java, C#, etc.).
Experience with one or more test tools & frameworks (ex: Selenium Web driver, cypress, Karate, JMeter, etc.).
Experience working in SCRUM environments.
Practical experience with web testing or development.
