Position: OneTrust Developer
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Term: 8 months
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • 3+ years of OneTrust development experience (OneTrust Certification Preferred)
  • Configure and support DPIA/PIA/Data mapping/Vendor risk management, and Cookie Management solutions
  • Experience with the OneTrust privacy rights automation/DSAR module
  • Proficient in Designing and configuring on OneTrust
  • Experience developing privacy solutions within OneTrust which would include designing/creating/optimizing complex assessment templates, workflows, and/or Incident and data attributes
  • Ability to customize webforms, workflows and integrations with other applications
  • Experience with conducting privacy assessments using OneTrust within a regulated environment
  • Experience implementing / tuning / optimizing user experience of OneTrust to improve overall effectiveness and usability of OneTrust implementations to meet organization needs while maintaining exceptional user experience
  • Experience with design and development of APIs
  • Identifies potential process improvement areas and suggests options and recommends approaches
  • Deliver quality results on time with minimal supervision
  • Familiar with state privacy laws
  • Experience with Cross Platform integrations including alternate enterprise platforms and external sources


Requirements:
  • B.A. or B.S degree in privacy engineering, computer science, computer engineering, information systems or related field of study
  • Experience working with Agile development practices
  • Understanding of applicable privacy requirements and eagerness to help implementing Privacy controls within both IT projects and business practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence both technical engineers and business leaders
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of software engineering fundamentals
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills including leading conversations with global and multi-functional teams
  • Data literacy: finding and managing data, cleansing data, manipulating data
  • Integrity and high professional ethics
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
