The Manual QA Analyst is responsible for the quality assurance of our Engagement Services client Worklife web and print based platforms. The Analyst ensures the system is in compliance with the specific client requirements. The analyst verifies data results, delivers clear test plans, test plan results, testing documentation following standard operating procedures. The role will independently manage own workload.

Job Responsibilities:
• Participate in internal data requirements discussions
• Understand a client’s functional requirements
• Work with the Lead Systems Analysts and the Project Manager to clarify requirements.
• Work with experienced web on page configuration
• Design, update, and deliver unit, integration, regression, and acceptance test plans based on configuration completed in the system.
• Execute test plans and record results.
• Support internal acceptance testing
• Provide data and testing status to Lead Systems Analyst
• Assist with the deployment (or migration) of new system updates into the production environment.
• Ability to perform strong debugging and problem solving
• Overall quality, on-time delivery, and accuracy of web, print, and related services
• Strong Communication skills

Preferred Experience:
• Data and testing experience on digital and/or print platforms
• Working knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle
• Working knowledge of Cloud CMS
• Working Knowledge of Angular
• Working knowledge of JIRA or equivalent defect management tool

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree (with preferred concentrations in Math, Actuarial Science, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, MIS) or equivalent years of industry experience.
