Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Responsible for analyzing requirements impacting hardware design, defining possible implementation solutions, and selecting the most optimal one with respect to the defined requirements and product cost & TCO.

Collects inputs on the required functionality of the hardware (performance, interfaces, features) and designs the blueprint of the hardware including any required analysis, power analysis, thermal analysis, dimensioning of interfaces, and functional capabilities.

Provides direction and sets expectations for creation of new design and development of prototype.

Actively works with wide spectrum of teams, e.g., hardware design or Integration and Verification teams, serviceability teams, etc. designing hardware for the best-in-class principle, i.e., including any testability, serviceability, operability, or similar functions.

Has good stakeholder management and delivers the design as per the requirement which meets industry standards.

Carries out specialized activities/projects according to general direction.

Analyze situations or data that requires review of relevant factors, resolves program support deficiencies and recommends corrective actions.

Management Experience / Achieved well-advanced skills of a specific professional discipline combining deep knowledge of theory and organizational practice or expertise.

Recognized expert in their field (depth & breadth). Typically requires 5-8 years extensive relevant experience and/or a graduate / postgraduate equivalent degree.

Demonstrated success in multiple roles and is adaptable to manage complex changing business environments.

Expertise in cell site RF Amplifiers, Microwave Amplifiers, Antennas, Cell Site Routers, Power Plants, Rectifiers, All-in-One Power Cabinets and Lead Acid Batteries OR Lithium-ion Batteries

Knowledge of Agency Certifications for Safety, EMC, Emissions, Immunity, NEBS, Environmental, etc.
