POSITION: IAM Engineer
LOCATIONS: Atlanta, GA - Various unanticipated long term projects throughout the US.
POSITION DESCRIPTION: Analyze, design, implement, and maintain all layers of IAM applications, including Authorization/Authentication and Account Creation/Management/Provisioning in data repositories. Manage and implement Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions utilizing federated technologies. Work with business partners, Integration consultants, and internal teams to drive the integration and onboarding of systems and applications on our IAM platform. Understand business, application, and security requirements for Provisioning & Identity Management services and translate these into technical specifications. Produce enterprise-level architecture and engineering designs to meet these requirements. Provide technical oversight on the Identity Management initiatives. Serve as a domain expert in implementation of Identity Management projects, estimate timelines, and be responsible for their successful delivery while meeting the overall security and integrity of the solution. Solve problems and respond to escalations, and perform production fixes as needed. Collaborate closely with multiple levels of leadership as well as peers to build alignment and advance initiatives. Assist and advise on cloud and non-cloud IAM architectures. Evaluate new technologies and identify system requirements as related to IAM integration. Develop IAM components required to manage complex customized legacy applications. Drive continuous improvement of policies, procedures and technology related to IAM to enable risk reduction, business enablement and operational efficiencies.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s* in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Five (5) years related experience as an Engineer, Implementation Analyst, or related software development occupation. Experience must include the following: Develop Business case for Identity and Access Management (IAM); Identity Governance and Administration (IGA); Federated Identity Management; Saviynt Security Manager (SSM); Role Based Access Control (RBAC); Role Engineering and Single Sign-On (SSO). *In lieu of a Bachelor’s and 5 yrs. exp. the employer will accept a Master’s and 2 yrs. exp.
