Our established client is looking for an HR Payroll Project manager to join their team for a long-term contract opportunity. The goal to split into two companies by Sept 2023 and continue with payroll systems split for the two companies through 2024.
Your Role:
- Plan, coordinate and execute payroll implementation projects including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Report on project progress and status
- Experience in project managing payroll implementations globally.
- Experience managing global payroll vendors: ADP, Alight, EY, etc…
- Experience in working human resources with international footprint.
- Experience in HR transformation, process changes and implementation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships across the organization.
- Excellent communication skill, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects with competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Self-starter, strong drive and result oriented.
- A formal qualification in project management
