National company with offices in Danvers, MA is seeking a clerical assistant for a contract opportunity. The clerical assist will provide the highest levels of customer service by providing assistance with administrative and accounting duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Front Desk Reception, Answering Phones, Matching invoices to credit cards, Set employees up with Safety trainings and Coordinate Safety Audit. Assist with accounting tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

  • Self starter with strong work ethic and dedication to completing projects accurately and on time.
