This nationwide industry leader has an immediate full-time opportunity in Addison, TX for a Director of Information Security.  This position requires working in the office 3 days per week.  

Key Responsibilities:

•    Leading the IAM/SecAdmin, Security Architecture, and Application Security Teams.
•    Attracting, developing, and retaining information technology staff.
•    Recommending and implementing information technology strategies, policies, and procedures, including improvements in internal processes and solutions.
•    Providing solutions and support to ensure protection of sensitive corporate data assets.
•    Providing security awareness training to all employees and agents in the corporation.
•    Working with other corporate areas to ensure compliance with all data security regulations such as SOC1, SOX, HIPPA, FINRA, SEC & PCI.
•    Assisting with 3rd party vendor reviews to ensure appropriate protection of corporate data.
•    Planning and leading large size projects including coordination with other necessary groups, and people leadership duties.
•    Evaluating and recommending security products, services and/or procedures to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
•    Working with other corporate areas to ensure compliance with all data security regulations such as SOC1/2, SOX, & PCI, etc.
•    Periodic after hour work required.

Key Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s Degree
•    10+ years experience leading cybersecurity teams.
•    Subject matter expert across multiple security domains.
•    Ability to operate autonomously, with a broad impact across multiple systems.
•    Expert understanding of PKI architecture and implementation.
•    Strong background in application security and integration of secure coding into the development pipeline.
•    Experience working with other corporate areas to ensure compliance with all data security regulations such as SOC1/2, SOX, & PCI, etc.
•    Expert level knowledge in applicable hardware, operating systems, and infrastructure architecture.
•    Advanced level certifications in key focus areas strongly preferred.
•    Experience leading IAM/SecAdmin, Security Architecture, and Application Security Teams.
•    Proven background working with static/dynamic code inspection tools such as Checkmarx.
•    History of managing cloud-based security implementations in both AWS and Azure.
