Position: Risk Management Project Manager
Location: RALEIGH, North Carolina, 27607
Term: 12 months

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact.
  • Act as key participant in large-scale planning.
  • Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area.
  • Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
  • Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements.
  • Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor.

  • Ability to manage large-scale initiatives including teams.
  • Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with business, functional and technical stakeholders across business areas.
  • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals.
  • Ability to analyze data and business delivery processes to identify opportunities and solutions.
  • Experience in managing regulatory and compliance changes. Should be able to work closely with Legal, Risk, Compliance and Control partners as a part of overall risk management.
  • Should be able to work closely with Agile scrum teams, manage external system/partner dependencies and release deployments.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in using MS Office applications, MS project, JIRA. Experience of managing initiatives using JIRA Align a plus.
  • Expected to work onsite, 3-4 days a week
  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
