Position: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Morristown NJ 07960
Hourly Rate: $26.62/hr.
Term: 2 months Contract to Hire

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Creating and resolving Desktop issues For First Energy Employees Onsite and Remote.
  • Primary duties will include standard desktop/Laptop break/fix items.
  • Receive user calls and offer remote or on-site support.
  • Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications.
  • Management and installation of equipment in the meeting room. (projector, laptop, and videoconference)
  • Monitor calls, incidents, and requests using the client-provided ServiceNow tool.

Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • 1-2 years of experience in Enterprise Desktop Support.
  • Great Customer Service skills.
  • Desktop Support (Win10 and Office 365) experience.
  • CompTIA A+ Certification.
