Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Creating and resolving Desktop issues For First Energy Employees Onsite and Remote.

Primary duties will include standard desktop/Laptop break/fix items.

Receive user calls and offer remote or on-site support.

Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications.

Management and installation of equipment in the meeting room. (projector, laptop, and videoconference)

Monitor calls, incidents, and requests using the client-provided ServiceNow tool.
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):

1-2 years of experience in Enterprise Desktop Support.

Great Customer Service skills.

Desktop Support (Win10 and Office 365) experience.

CompTIA A+ Certification.
