1 and half years of experience as a Desktop Support Technician.

Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, Installing experience.

Field Tech experience in client-facing/executive customer service.

Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of the site. Warranty Dell support experience.

Mac troubleshooting experience.
