Position: Desktop Support Technician
Location:  Cicero, NY 13039
Hourly Rate: $20/hr.
Term: 3 months Contract to Hire

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Working with end-users to resolve issues.
  • Providing updates to management as needed.

Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • 1 and half years of experience as a Desktop Support Technician.
  • Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, Installing experience.
  • Field Tech experience in client-facing/executive customer service.
  • Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of the site. Warranty Dell support experience.
  • Mac troubleshooting experience.
  • A+/nice to have Dell/Lenovo/Mac Certificate
