Position: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Waukesha, WI 53188
Hourly Rate: $24/hr.
Term: 3 Months Contract to Hire
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Be the face of client and interface w/ high-level executives at our end-client's location, providing white glove IT service, handling all IT-related issues in the areas of application support, technology, telepresence, mobile devices, hardware and services, imaging, and data transfers.

Support/facilitate telepresence events (e.g., Teams Live) in partnership w/ the internal event and webcast team and external vendors.

Provide support of conference center, basic network connectivity and AV connectivity issues.
Is it a good fit? (Requirements):
