Position: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Fairmont, WV 26554
Hourly Rate: $23/hr.
Term: Contract to Hire

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Creating and resolving desktop issues for employees onsite and remote.
  • Standard desktop/Laptop break/fix items.
  • Receive user calls and offer remote or on-site support.
  • Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications.
  • Management and installation of equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, and video conference).
  • Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided Service Now tool.

Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • 1 - 2 years of related desktop and/or deskside support experience
  • Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products - including software, hardware and network troubleshooting skills, PC imaging and deployment and IMAC experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
