Position: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Fairmont, WV 26554
Hourly Rate: $23/hr.
Term: Contract to Hire
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Creating and resolving desktop issues for employees onsite and remote.

Standard desktop/Laptop break/fix items.

Receive user calls and offer remote or on-site support.

Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications.

Management and installation of equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, and video conference).

Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided Service Now tool.
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):

1 - 2 years of related desktop and/or deskside support experience

Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products - including software, hardware and network troubleshooting skills, PC imaging and deployment and IMAC experience

Excellent customer service skills
