Position: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Fairmont, WV 26554
Hourly Rate: $25.29/hr.
Term: 3 Months Contract
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Creating and resolving Desktop issues for employees onsite and remote

Primary duties will include standard desktop/Laptop Software and Hardware troubleshooting and escalation, Windows, and Active Directory Support

Receive user calls and offer remote or on-site support.

Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications

Management and installation of equipment in the meeting room

Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow too
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):

1 – 2 years of enterprise desktop support experience

Experience supporting Windows 10 and Office 365
