Position: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Commerce, Georgia 30530
Hourly Rate: $23/hr.
Term: 3 Months Contract to Hire

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Solve a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues related to internal laptop and desktop systems, software and network infrastructure
  • Provide superb technical support and customer service to end users and end clients
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • 2-5 years of related desktop experience (Deskside and Remote)
  • Executive Level support experience
  • Ticketing Systems experience (Service Now/Remedy/ConnectWise)
  • Windows/Mac experience
  • Windows 10 OS - Navigating and troubleshooting
  • Active Directory experience "managing users and computers"
  • Microsoft Intune - Managing users and devices
  • Office 365 experience - Troubleshooting
  • Mobile support
  • MS Authenticator - Configuring and troubleshooting
  • SSO - Single Sign On - Troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in GPO- Group Policy Objects
  • Google G-Suites a plus
