Position: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Stoughton, Massachusetts 02072
Hourly Rate: $29/hr.
Term: 3 Months Contract to Hire

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Outlook client issues
  • Email issues/outlook profile corruption/knowledge of OST/PST.
  • Installing/configuring/moving desktop PCs.
  • Working with end-users to resolve issues.
  • Providing updates to management as needed.
Is it a good fit? (Requirements):
  • 5 to 7 years of related experience.
  • A+ required or other COMPTIA or Microsoft certifications required.
  • Ticketing systems experience ServiceNOW/Remedy etc.
  • Comprehensive hardware/software experience and knowledge.
